Can I personalise my order?

Yes! Many pieces can be personalised with hand-embroidered initials or a full custom design. Add your request in the personalisation field on the product page, or contact us for bigger projects.

How long does a custom piece take?

Design approval takes up to 3 days, then making usually takes 5–10 business days before shipping.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see the available shipping methods and prices.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our Georgian bank partners, bank transfer, and cash on delivery within Georgia.

Can I buy as a gift?

Every order is packed in gift-ready packaging. Add a note at checkout and we'll include it — prices are not shown in the parcel.
