Processing time
Items in stock leave the studio within 1–3 business days. Personalised and custom pieces are made to order — the design approval takes up to 3 days and making usually takes 5–10 business days. We'll keep you updated by email.
Shipping
We ship worldwide with tracking. Available methods, prices and estimated delivery times for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Georgia: courier delivery, usually 1–3 business days.
- Europe, UK, USA & rest of the world: tracked standard or express shipping.
- Free shipping on orders over the threshold shown at checkout.
Import duties and taxes (if any) are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.
Returns
We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll find a solution.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Personalised and custom-made items can't be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the return.
Damaged items
Ceramics and textiles are packed with great care, but if your order arrives damaged, please send us photos within 3 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
